Because our jewelry collections are handmade, the production time will take approximately from 1 to 2 weeks to complete. We will notify you by email once your order is shipped.
- Greeting Cards
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. We will inform you by email once your order is ready for shipping.
Our flat shipping fees for all orders are:
- U.S.: Priority Mail & Delivery Confirmation for $5.00 per order (3-5 business days).
- Canada: UPS Ground with Tracking Number for $7.00 per order (4-6 business days). Please note that you are responsible for all Canadian customs fees, so we recommend you to contact your local customs office for additional information.

Returns:
Please contact us by email to get a Returned Item Authorization Number (RIAN) and a form for you to provide your contact information and the reason for your return. Please include this form with your returned merchandise.
All returns, except earrings with ear wires / posts, must be in its original packaging and should be returned within 14 days from the shipped date for a full refund. No refunds after 14 days.
Please note that BijouxFever is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use a shipment method with a return receipt (for proof that we have received your returned item). We will send you an email confirmation once we receive your returned merchandise in the mail.
Please note that we do not accept any returns of earrings with ear wires / posts due to sanitary and hygienic reasons.
